- Refunds will not be accepted after 10 days of having received the goods. Following this period, the goods will be considered as accepted.

- Should a refund be made due to an external cause to Anbor Import-Export S.L., a 10% fee will be charged to the selling price plus a penalization of at least 10€. The shipping and pickup transport will be chargeable to the customer.
